  • All finishers will receive their medals at the finish line.

Race Day Facilities

  • Restroom facilities will be available at the venue and at designated points along the course.
  • Experienced pacers will be present to help runners maintain a steady pace and achieve target finish times. They can be identified by flags indicating their finish targets.
  • Medical stations with paramedics, physiotherapy support, and ambulances will be available across the route.

Health & Safety Guidelines

Your well-being is a shared responsibility, and we strongly encourage all participants to be well-prepared before race day.

Medical assistance will be available throughout the event in collaboration with KMC Hospital, Balmatta, Mangaluru. Support includes ambulances, mobile medical units, and aid stations positioned near hydration points. Each station will be staffed with trained doctors, physiotherapists, and nursing personnel.


Before participating, take a moment to evaluate your fitness:

- Do you experience chest discomfort during physical activity?

- Have you had dizziness, fainting, or blackouts while exercising?

- Do you get breathless easily?

- Do you suffer from joint or back pain during workouts?

- Are you currently on medication for diabetes, hypertension, or heart-related conditions?

- Have you recently had fever or viral infections?

- Have you faced any prolonged illness in the past three months?

- Do you have a history of epilepsy?

- Are you dealing with high stress or lack of proper sleep?

- Have you been advised to undergo heart-related procedures like angiography?


  • If you answer “Yes” to any of the above or feel unwell, consulting a doctor before the event is highly recommended.
  • Participants are responsible for any medical expenses incurred during the event.
  • Make sure to prepare adequately with light warm-ups, follow your training routine, and stay hydrated. Weather conditions are expected to range between 22°C and 31°C, so plan accordingly.
